panel may require two faces and edges, with special care perhaps if one edge is bull-nosed. A lot of manual preparation is included in hand spray work so we have a large range of sand papers and sanding equipment which includes a 4 foot wide denibber machine and various hand held sanders.

At Color-Board we use standard & High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) spraying equipment.

Panels and Sheet Materials

In our 10,000 sq ft warehouse at Waltham Abbey we keep 3mm, 18mm, 25mm thickness Medite MDF. Many of our customers free issue material to us which we then prime or prime and top coat.

Hardboard Bath Panels

Every month we supply 1,000's of hardboard bath panels to the plumbing and building sector. We supply black or white 3.2mm housing quality front or side panels, end panels and the chrome angle strips for the corners.

Perforated Hardboard

We keep stock of 3.2mm white perforated hardboard with 3/4" centre spacings. This product is extensively used to line the inside of mobile tool vans like Snap-on Tools and Cornwall Tools.

Flat Panel Saw

Our operators can cut to size down to the smallest requirements. Operation is manual, allowing us to quality control all edges and surfaces during the operation. All we need is a cutting list and we can work out the most economical method.

Hand Routing

We run MDF panels through our on site facilities for edge effects such as Champhering and radius shaping on one or both faces. We are able to produce single piece kitchen doors and drawers with simple edge detail which we can then finish in our spray booth.
